How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 5–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 days) is available at checkout. Custom ring orders may take 2–3 weeks.
Do all diamonds come with a GIA certificate?
Yes. Every diamond we sell comes with a GIA grading report. You can verify your diamond's certificate at any time on the GIA website.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unmounted diamonds and standard ring settings. Custom engraved rings are non-returnable. See our full refund policy for details.
Can I resize my ring after purchase?
Yes. We offer one free resize within 60 days of purchase. Simply contact us and we will arrange the resize at no charge.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Absolutely. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically identical to natural diamonds. They are graded by GIA using the same standards.
Do you offer custom ring designs?
Yes. Contact us with your design idea and our team will work with you to create a completely custom ring. Custom orders typically take 3–4 weeks.
