Diamond Best Friend offers a 12-Month Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in jewelry settings

• Defective clasps, closures, or mountings

• Loose stones resulting from manufacturing defects

• Structural defects caused during production

If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Scratches, dents, or surface damage

• Loss or theft of jewelry

• Lost center stones or gemstones due to accidental damage

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care

• Damage resulting from accidents, impacts, or exposure to chemicals

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or resizing performed by third parties

• Tarnishing or discoloration caused by environmental factors

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer support team.

2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Include photos and a description of the issue.

4. If requested, securely return the item for inspection.

Our team will evaluate the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies under this warranty.

Repair Services
